Healthy living is on the top of many people’s list of things to consider right now and due to this the word ‘Organic’ has become very popular and many people are adopting a mostly organic diet for themselves and their family.

Many argue that there is no actual health difference between normal grown foods and organic produce (this is debatable) but asides from health there are a lot of other reasons why you should eat organic.

The word ‘organic’ is blasted all over the media, our food packaging, cosmetics and more. The problem is, there’s not much information around to answer the question “what does organic mean?” And can we really trust the labels on our products?
